I had such a great experience! I initially came in with a sore hip flexor and was so impressed by how quickly Rachel was able to identify not only what was causing it, but other areas that needed attention too. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and so friendly. I left feeling like I understood my body so much better. Highly recommend!

I originally attended because I had a torn hamstring which she fast tracked recovery by weeks but then I found out chinese medicine is so much more. If you have the flu the acupuncture targets the immune system and you are back to normal the following day. I run my own business so my stress levels are through the roof and acupuncture relieves that stress. I have recommended so mamy people for natural healing without medicine and everyone has told me how lucky they are to have gone there. Rachel is incredible at what she does and I am very grateful to have found her!

Since ive been getting acupuncture i have noticed a significant improvement in my health. Not only do I have more energy my body also feels more relaxed. I was lost looking for answers and giving up because I couldn't find my balance. My body was in pain and not fuctioning like it should. I now know that getting the acupuncture treatment is what my body needs. Im so thankful that I have found The Art Of Health.

Rachael is an highly educated and informative practitioner! She provided me with incredible insight into the inner workings of my body, including what can cause blockages - have never felt more rebalanced!! My partner has also started attending sessions with her and mentions the same amazing results! 🫶💞

Rachel has been amazing helping not only my son who is AuDHD, but also me and many family members with various ailments and injuries. She is calm in her approach and highly experienced. My son always sleeps well after seeing Rachel, with his mood, anxiety, hyperactivity and appetite improved. I’ve seen many practitioners through the years but none compare to Rachel. Highly recommended, she is the best!
